Refund Policy
We accept returns on all full-priced items for store credit. Please ensure your item(s) meet the following criteria for approval:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not offer free returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@amoraya.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
Damages
For faulty items, please email info@amoraya.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item within 14 days of receipt. If deemed faulty, we will replace the item. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not available.
Sale Items
Please note that sale items, including those purchased with a discount, are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact info@amoraya.com.au before placing your order.
